NBC has pursued a policy of innovation and technological
development of mesh since the foundation of the company in 1934.
There is now a product range of more than a thousand items. At the
high technology end of the market, NBC’s dynamic production
technology uses a unique monofilament thread made of Thermatropic
Liquid Crystal Polyacralades. This thread, combined with NBC’s
highly developed technological weaving skills, have produced a unique
product called V-Screen, which will allow exceptional high tensile
strength and high recovery elasticity. Mass
production of this item started in April 2003.
NBC’s product range is used for a variety of different manufacturing processes
including, graphics,digital displays and electronic components. NBC has also
developed a prowess in filter technology,which ensures highly consistent production of
both mesh
fabrics, and plastic moulded filters for the automotive, household appliance
and medical
industries. NBC’s products are now exported to more than forty different
countries and
have established a high reputation in global markets.
