This graph shows the test results on powder throughput comparing Nafitec™ Sieve Mesh and untreated sieve mesh. For a 600 μm mesh opening, the two results are very close. For a 236 μm mesh opening, however, the untreated sieve mesh was clogged, resulting in a deteriorated powder throughput, while Nafitec™ Sieve Mesh was found to achieve 4.5 times more throughput. Nafitec™ Sieve Mesh can handle finer powder in the sieving process due to its clogging prevention effect, thus improving powder quality.
