We are also able to handle not only shape alterations by bending, bonding, etc. but also processing for providing meshes with new performance, such as mesh surface modification using corona discharge and resin processing, as technological proposals. Using these diverse processing technologies, we work on prototypes of the products that our customers require, and support product development.

In product development in our industrial materials business, we form teams of personnel selected from the manufacturing, research and development, and sales departments to support development by our customers from hypothesis and planning to commercialization. For example, in the development of a filter for artificial dialysis, we focus on research and experiment in collaboration with medical engineers to design and manufacture the product in accordance with appropriate conditions and propose materials.

Mesh Technology Laboratory
The Mesh Technology Laboratory is engaged in research and development on mesh materials, weaving, processing, and evaluations. The laboratory pursues the properties required for various applications and enables the application of meshes in a wide range of industrial fields.

We can perform trial weaving (prototyping) and simulations of meshes in response to requests.
We are able to manufacture meshes that can meet the requests of many customers by utilizing our design and weaving technologies cultivated over the years in various fields. By identifying issues, etc. from the initial stage with an eye toward mass production, we can achieve a shorter startup lead time.
