Hand printing is best for small quantities and when uneven printing is not a major problem. However, when a large volume and constant quality of products are required, as in the case of industrial products, a high-precision, fully automatic printing machine is needed.

１. Ink, object, and squeegee are used. Select the ink and object according to the purpose. The squeegee is used to transfer ink to the inked object. Squeegees are available in flat, sword, and square shapes, and are mainly made of urethane rubber. Squeegees can be selected based on the shape and rubber hardness. The thickness of the ink transferred varies depending on the shape and rubber hardness.

２. Stir the ink to be used well.

３. Set the squeegee on the printing machine. The angle of the squeegee is also an important factor.

４. Determine the clearance and printing speed.

５. Perform a zero-point adjustment to determine the parallel and reference plane of the squeegee.

６. Determine the squeegee push-in pressure.

７. Set the screen plate on the printing machine.

８. Put ink on the screen plate.

You are ready to print.

１. Fill the pattern with ink using the scraper.

２. Place the object on the printing stage.

３. Set the printing stage under the screen plate.

４. Perform test printing several times to check for problems such as ink blurring, etc. If problems are found, review the printing conditions.

５. Repeat steps 1 to 4 to print.

６. If necessary, remove the ink on the plate with a metal spatula to recover ink.
