“VALUE-MODEL” is a semi-automatic screen stretcher developed by NBC Meshtec, a mesh cloth manufacturer, to meet the demand for higher tension and precision in screen printing.
It is equipped with various excellent systems and functions aimed at reducing the burden on operators and making it easy for anyone to use. The diagonal tensioning system prevents the distortion of the mesh cloth, enabling the production of high-precision screen-stretched products.

Equipped with diagonal tensioning system

“VALUE-MODEL” is equipped with a diagonal tensioning system (corner section stretch system).
This can form uniform openings and stretch the screen by minimizing distortion in the corners that could not be avoided with conventional stretchers.
It also achieves uniform tension in the corners of the plate frame, where tension drops.

18 patterns can be stored in the memory for screen stretching operations

"VALUE-MODEL" is operated using a stand-alone touch panel.
After the mesh cloth is set in the corners, the mesh cloth is automatically stretched to the set tension without touching the mesh cloth. This makes it easy for anyone to perform high-precision screen stretching.
Furthermore, for frequently used operations, tension setting data can be saved for up to 18 patterns, greatly reducing the time and effort required to change tension settings and improving work efficiency.

1. Set the mesh on the clamp and clamp it with the foot switch.

2. Set the conditions on the touch panel.

3. Once starting automatic clamping, the mesh cloth is automatically stretched to the set tension.
