Production
• Metal mesh for screen printing is used in the manufacture of photovoltaic panels for green hydrogen production.
In order to improve the power generation efficiency of the panels, the electrodes are required to have finer lines, and our highly refined mesh, which allows for fine-line printing, is used for this purpose.
• Various plastic meshes are used as support mesh for ion permeable membranes. PPS mesh, which is resistant to strong alkalis, is used as a reinforcement material for alkaline water electrolysis diaphragms. Mesh made of various materials is also being considered as a reinforcement material for PEM-type electrolyte membranes for water electrolysis. Thin mesh is often requested, and we can provide thinner mesh using fine threads or calendar processing.
• A low-cost, highly durable nickel (Ni) mesh is used as an electrode for alkaline water electrolysis.

Transport and Use
• Stainless steel (SUS) mesh with high hydrogen resistance, is used for parts and various filters used for supplying hydrogen to fuel cell vehicles (FCVs).
